At State Farm Stadium, accessibility is paramount in delivering exceptional experiences to all our guests. From wheelchair ramps to accessible seating, we've designed our venue with inclusivity in mind. If you need assistance or have any questions before your visit, don't hesitate to contact our Guest Experience department at guestservices@statefarmstadium.com.

ADA Parking at Sportsman’s Park

For guests requiring ADA parking, trust that designated spots are provided. Just inform the parking attendant upon arrival, and they'll guide you to the nearest available space. A valid state-issued hangtag or license plate is required for access.

ADA Ticketing Information

For guests in need of ADA seating, our ticketing system allows the purchase of an ADA seat along with up to three (3) companion seats in the same row, contiguous with the ADA seat. Reach out to our Box Office for assistance or inquiries. 

ADA Cart Service

Our courtesy cart service provides rides from designated ADA Parking areas to stadium plaza security checkpoints. Fans can access this service three hours before kickoff and one hour post-game for Cardinals games, and two hours before major events until one hour post-event. For event-specific details, reach out to Guest Services at 623-433-7015 or guestservices@statefarmstadium.com for event specific information.

If you require interpreting services, please don't hesitate to contact our knowledgeable Guest Services team at 623-433-7015 or guestservices@statefarmstadium.com, ideally at least thirty days prior to the event. While we make every effort to fulfill your needs, please understand that we may not be able to guarantee this service. Your satisfaction and safety are paramount to us.

Catch every word! For Arizona Cardinals games, we offer open captioning services displayed below the stadium’s video boards. Plus, get the same service on your personal device with Smartphone Caption cards, available upon request at any Guest Services location. Need details before game day? Restrooms and Privacy Rooms

For your convenience, State Farm Stadium offers 50 restrooms, all of which are ADA accessible and equipped with baby-changing tables. Need a bit more privacy? Check out our Family Restrooms located throughout the stadium or our dedicated Privacy/Nursing Rooms on the Club Level at Section 2.

Seating Map

Ensuring inclusivity is paramount at State Farm Stadium. Our ADA Seating Areas are strategically crafted to accommodate individuals with disabilities and their companions comfortably. Need ADA tickets? Simply visit SeatGeek.com and toggle the “Accessible” option to secure seats labeled WC followed by the section number (WC102). Act swiftly as availability is limited.

Sensory Room

Discover tranquility amidst the excitement at State Farm Stadium’s Sensory Room, designed to cater to guests with sensory sensitivities or challenges. Unwind in a serene environment featuring sound protection, immersive sensory displays, soothing toys, subdued lighting, plush beanbag chairs, and sensory bags. Located conveniently on the Main Concourse near the Guest Services Booth at Section 104, our Sensory Room offers a peaceful respite.

Service Animals Policy

Guide, signal and documented service animals are allowed inside State Farm Stadium with fans that need their assistance. No pets or other animals are permitted. Should a service animal require a Relief Area at any point in the game, please approach the nearest Guest Services Booth for assistance.

Wheelchair Assistance Information

At State Farm Stadium, we're committed to ensuring that every guest has a hassle-free experience, which is why we provide complimentary wheelchair escorts on event days. Requesting assistance is simple—just inform a Security or Guest Services team member upon arrival or visit one of our Guest Services locations. Please note that our staff will escort you to and from the entry gates, and requests are fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis, so a short wait time may be necessary.
